TradeRoyale - Privacy Policy

Serbire Technologies ("we", "our", "us") operates the TradeRoyale mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using TradeRoyale, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from the authentication provider. We do not store your password.

Profile Information: Your chosen display name (username) within the App.

Game Data: Game statistics including matches played, wins, win rate, profit/loss records, league ranking, experience points, virtual coin balance, and achievement data. All trading in TradeRoyale uses virtual currency only — no real money is involved.

Device Information: We collect device model, operating system version, and crash logs through Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability and performance.

Advertising Data: Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) to serve relevant ads. See Section 5 for more details.

• To create and manage your account
• To provide the core game experience (matchmaking, leaderboards, rankings)
• To track your game progress and statistics
• To display leaderboards and player rankings
• To send push notifications about matches and game events (with your permission)
• To diagnose crashes and improve app performance
• To display advertisements within the App

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions) hosted in the European Union (europe-west2 region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Firestore security rules ensure that users can only access their own profile data. Game room data is managed exclusively through secure server-side Cloud Functions.

TradeRoyale uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication — For user sign-in (Google, Apple). Firebase Privacy Policy
• Firebase Cloud Firestore — For storing game data and user profiles.
• Firebase Crashlytics — For crash reporting and diagnostics.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — For push notifications.
• Google AdMob — For displaying advertisements. Google Privacy Policy
• Binance Public API — For fetching real-time cryptocurrency price data. No user data is sent to Binance.

TradeRoyale displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads (which you choose to watch for in-game rewards) and interstitial ads (displayed between matches). AdMob may collect and use your device advertising identifier and other device information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your preferences and applicable regulations.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

TradeRoyale is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.

TradeRoyale is a game/entertainment product. All trading within the App uses virtual currency for entertainment purposes only. No real money, cryptocurrency, or financial instruments are involved. The App does not provide financial advice or facilitate real trading.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, game statistics, and associated records will be permanently removed from our systems.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
